It is used to treat bacterial infections of the lungs, nose, throat, ears, skin, bladder, etc. It is also used to treat typhoid fever in children. This medicine prevents infection by killing or stopping the growth of the bacteria. TULEPOD 50 MG Dry Syrup is not effective against infections caused by viruses. Your doctor may advise TULEPOD 50 MG Dry Syrup alone or in combination with other medications to treat bacterial infections. TULEPOD 50 MG Dry Syrup shows some side effects like diarrhoea, stomach pain, headache, weakness, nausea, and vomiting. Do not use this medicine if your child is previously allergic to it. Consult your doctor if any side effects persist for a longer period. TULEPOD 50 MG Dry Syrup is an effective medicine used in infants above 2 months of age. TULEPOD 50 MG Dry Syrup can be given with or without food. Before administration, dissolve the powder in a glass of water. For the ease of remembering, give the dry syrup to your child at the same time every day. Once you started using this medicine for your child, ensure that the entire course of treatment is completed.
